Privacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Case taking involves a thorough discussion with the patients, which consists of personal information. As your homoeopath, I am responsible for protecting your privacy and strictly follow the procedure as described in AVG<\/a> (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming) according to NVKH guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With my enriched experience, I will protect your privacy by handling your personal and medical data with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will be the only person who will have access to your files and I am fully responsible for the duty of confidentiality which means professional secrecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your data can be used only for the following purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For observation during my absence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For observation during work group<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For financial administration which includes your name, address etc without your personal case taking so that an invoice can be drawn up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your data is used for other reasons than it will be notified to you and asked for your explicit permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data will be kept for 20 years. For children, this term starts from the age of eighteen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/em>The care bill contains the information requested by the health insurer, so that you can declare this bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/em>This is about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 – <\/em>your name, address and place of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 – <\/em>Your date of birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 – <\/em>the date of the treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 – <\/em>a brief description of the treatment, such as \u201chomeopathic consultation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 – <\/em>the costs of the consultation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

your insurer and the insurance number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 If you come for a consultation, I will ask you to read and sign this privacy document.  The signed copy will be placed in your file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Use of COOKIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 I cannot avoid using cookies.  That is why I limit it to the use of functional cookies (for optimizing the website) and analytical cookies (for tracking visitor behaviour).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
