Case taking involves a thorough discussion with the patients, which consists of personal information. As your homoeopath, I am responsible for protecting your privacy and strictly follow the procedure as described in AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming) according to NVKH guidelines.
With my enriched experience, I will protect your privacy by handling your personal and medical data with care.
I will ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data.
I will be the only person who will have access to your files and I am fully responsible for the duty of confidentiality which means professional secrecy.
Your data can be used only for the following purposes.
For observation during my absence
For observation during work group
For financial administration which includes your name, address etc without your personal case taking so that an invoice can be drawn up.
If your data is used for other reasons than it will be notified to you and asked for your explicit permission.
The data will be kept for 20 years. For children, this term starts from the age of eighteen.
The care bill contains the information requested by the health insurer, so that you can declare this bill.
This is about:
– your name, address and place of residence.
– Your date of birth.
– the date of the treatment.
– a brief description of the treatment, such as “homeopathic consultation”.
– the costs of the consultation
your insurer and the insurance number.
If you come for a consultation, I will ask you to read and sign this privacy document. The signed copy will be placed in your file.

I cannot avoid using cookies. That is why I limit it to the use of functional cookies (for optimizing the website) and analytical cookies (for tracking visitor behaviour).
